February/March Class Schedule Coming Soon!
Classes We Offer:
Ballet: A traditional, highly formalized style of dance that is very technique-driven. Classes are progressively structured and split into barre and centre (which typically consists of adagio, across-the-floor exercises, allegro, and reverence).

Hip Hop: One of the most dynamic forms of dance, hip hop is all about sitting into the pocket of a groove. Easily the most fun style of dance to do!
Contemporary: A style of dance that is best described as the intersection between Ballet and Modern. Contemporary as a genre includes strong, yet controlled technique combined with emotionality and passion. This style can be very improv-focused, so it allows dancers to be creative and let the music move them.
Jazz: A structured form of dance that is highly popularized on Broadway. Combines technique of ballet with the expressionism of typically upbeat music.
Heels: A variation of Jazz typically performed in high-heeled shoes.
Other Classes We Do:
Conditioning: Dance is athleticism, and at the basis of all dance technique is mobility and strength. In this class, we'll be working on the main foundations that will influence dance technique from the basics (proper turnout and foot articulation) to more complex aspects (leaps and turns).
Exercises include:
toe and ankle articulation
hip flexor mobility/strength training
adductor strength training
hamstring and quad flexibility training
core strength training
…and much more!
Tap: A highly rhythmic style of dance, performed in shoes with metal taps on the toe and heel.
